Supplementary feed for puppies, adolescent and lactating dogs and fully grown dogs.

BARF Comfort PLUS is the right choice for all dog lovers who do not always find the time to prepare each meal themselves, but who still want to do species-appropriate raw feeding.

This menu includes 12 packs of BARF Comfort PLUS Beef, 12 packs of BARF Comfort PLUS Chicken and 12 packs of BARF Comfort PLUS Salmon.

As a basic guideline, for a normally active, non-neutered healthy dog (regardless of whether male or female), we recommend the following daily amounts:

Puppies, adolescent and lactating dogs: approx. 4-6% of the actual body weight (*see note)

Fully grown dogs: approx. 2% of the body weight

Small breeds (up to approx. 15 kg): approx. 1.5% of the body weight.

We believe that an animal's daily requirements are not always the same due to individual life situations, e.g. pregnancy or age, so the amount of feed per day has to be adjusted on an individual basis. For instance, a lactating female, depending on the number of puppies, may require three times as much. A varied diet is therefore always recommended. BARF Comfort PLUS is the ideal building block for a species-appropriate dog diet.

For variety, you can add a fresh egg yolk, granular curd cheese, low-fat quark, seasonal herbs and vegetables or a different type of meat (including non-supplemented).

Special feed additives such as green lipped mussel extract, which helps to keep the joints healthy, can be added without any hesitation..

*Puppies, adolescents and lactating dogs require higher amounts of calcium, therefore, if no bones are consumed, calcium needs to be added. We recommend our specially designed supplement for puppies.

BARF Comfort PLUS Beef:

Analytical components: protein 25%, fat 13%, moisture 64%, crude fibre 1.7%, crude ash 1.1%

Composition: meat and animal by-products (beef, beef tripe, bovine heart, bovine liver), vegetables (carrots), fruits (apples, pears), oils & fats (linseed oil), minerals (algal lime), yeasts (brewer's yeast), algae, grape-seed extract, birch leaves, dandelion root and dandelion leaves, milk thistle, stinging nettle

Note: This is a frozen product, minced.

Warning and advice: Despite the use of metal detectors to remove foreign bodies such as stones, barbed wire or nails, these can still find their way into cattle stomachs, which should not put you off feeding it to your animal. The product must nevertheless be stirred with a fork before feeding and any foreign objects removed. Small bones or pieces of cartilage from the meat are not a problem.

BARF Comfort PLUS Chicken:

Analytical components: protein 9%, fat 6%, moisture 72%, crude fibre 0.66%, crude ash 2.5%

Composition: meat and animal by-products (chicken necks, chicken hearts, chicken stomachs), vegetables (carrots), fruits (apples, pears), oils & fats (linseed oil), seeds (linseed), yeasts (brewer's yeast), algae, birch leaves, dandelion root and dandelion leaves, milk thistle, stinging nettle.

BARF Comfort PLUS Salmon:

Analytical components: protein 11%, fat 12%, moisture 66%, crude fibre 0.46%, crude ash 2.68%

Composition: Salmon cuts (70/30 flesh/fish bone ratio), vegetables (carrots), fruits (apples, pears), seeds (linseed), yeasts (brewer's yeast), algae, birch leaves, dandelion root and leaves, milk thistle, stinging nettle

Due to the higher fat content, BARF Comfort PLUS Salmon is recommended for working and sporting dogs. Dogs with sensitive stomachs should be only fed small amounts, as otherwise vomiting may occur.
