Due to the low temperatures and snowfall, road and rail traffic may be disrupted in many places. This has an impact on logistics, such as a possible late delivery of your order in your case. You can be sure that everything will be done to avoid a late delivery or to catch up as quickly as possible. So if your package hasn't moved for days according to tracking, this doesn't mean that your package isn't already in the delivery vehicle.
If you are worried about your frozen goods, we can reassure you, because given the current temperatures, your frozen goods will remain frozen for far longer than 72 hours.

Moisture can promote mold growth regardless of the best before date. However, the white spots often found on our dried meat products are not mold, but rather crystallized protein. During drying, protein deposits on the surface of the meat and crystallizes there. Especially when stored at cool temperatures, this protein can appear as a white (partially greasy) film on the product.
