***Dispatch frozen goods***
In case of higher outside temperatures and/or a low order quantity, it may happen that the goods thaw/defrost during transport. This does not constitute a reason for complaint!
As the goods leave our warehouse with -20° C, our special transport boxes guarantee that the cold chain (core temperature < +7° C) is maintained for at least 72 hours. Thawed/defrosted packages can therefore be frozen again without hesitation and fed at a later date. This does not reduce the quality.
The larger the order quantity of BARF fresh meat, the lower the probability that the goods will thaw completely.
Parcel carriers are no longer allowed to deliver parcels to branches or pick-up points!
Please ensure a smooth delivery or issue a parking permit in case of your absence.
